Oak Valley Designs was founded by Chappell Padgett in 2010 in response to an ever-evolving flooring industry. With decades of experience being part of the carpet industry from just a child, Chap wanted to create a product that is versatile, simple, and custom. He came across many clients looking for a high-end, simple, effective solution for stairs when the traditional runner seemed like such a commitment and expense.

The BAYSIDE CHARM line of anti-slip carpet treads is easy to install with no nails, staples, or tape. It features a triple-reinforced, rounded bullnose front with a non-skid fiber pad backing. This beautiful, soft polyester carpet is made of 100% PureColor Soft Solution Dyed BCF, Dreamweaver's proprietary solution-dyed fiber that allows the color to penetrate all the way through the fiber, unlike traditional carpet fibers where only the outer edge is dyed. This classic, simple, and soft choice adds a warm layer to your home at an affordable price.

Stairs are a high-traffic area and are subject to wear and tear as they age. Our carpet stair treads are the best solution to protect your wooden steps. Spruce up your wood stairs with our easy-to-install, peel-and-stick treads. The self-installation process takes approximately 25 minutes, and no nails, staples, or tape are required. Simply remove the release liner, center the tread on the existing wooden step, and firmly press down. (Please note that these treads do not adhere to existing carpeted steps; the steps must be free of oil and dirt.)
